Take the lower dash out. I cant quite remember tbh. I think there are a coupe of screws involved. Its a reeeet pain. Lay on the floor with your head under it looking up and you might be able to see. Otherwise it was a dash out job

The new ones have 2 display outputs but im not sure if it supports dual monitors

You could plug one in via mini dvi and one in via mini display port? Does the mac mini support dual monitors? Otherwise its a case of a splitter i guess

Sand off the kerbing and then take them to a powercoater. Mine was about 120 for 5 in black.

Pretty much what munson said. Under places, click your home, then libary, then preferences, then delete quicktime things
