EXACTLY the same problem I had. It wouldn't reinstall OS X either. Had to have a new HDD. Just remember, HDDs are the same whether it's a PC or Mac, so they will break on macs too.

Gaz has yellow stuffs on the ZR, loves them. Not had any cold braking issues others have had, even in the snow we had.

Apparently, if you want a strong weld don't use spot welds. As a general rule of thumb, a 0.250" (quarter inch) weld which is an inch in length, will take 1 Ton of force to shear it. This is what Gaz has been told by qualified welders.

Well what with being at uni most of the week, and when I was working, at work all weekend, it's rare Gaz cleans my car. I've no time for cleaning cars, don't like it lol.

That's unusual. I know for a fact Brian at the Leeds franchise of The Wheel Specialist wouldn't send wheels out like that. In the picture below, sometimes you get that happen due to the corrosion, as sometimes not all the corrosion can be removed fully. Also, some finishes do create that sort...

Gaz already has super resin polish in the garage anyway. Might buy the kit anyway, unless the applicator pads and towels can be bought separately for less than the kit. Although from what the reviews on there say, the carlack should be good.
