You could botch it by removing the passenger wheel, reaching round the arch liner, finding the 2 pipes that feed the washer jets & blocking them up with something from there. Failing that, bumper off to get the washer jets...

decat will make is louder.. but it'll rev more freely. Its anybody's guess with the sensor's, I've tried plugging them both in & leaving the 2nd one unplugged, both brought the emissions light on.. nevermind.

How old's your car? When was the last time the brake fluid was changed?
