pro's are it'll sound better than standard con's are it's still relatively expensive for little gain & the cold air feed can be a pig to fit.

If you're already having the inlet manifold done, get a decat and get an SMT6 put on. You'll be happy with the results - for a while!!

Mine's always a cow to try & restart a few mins after turning it off... leave it for 10 mins and she purr's into life with no problems..

doubt mpg will much different between full fat & cup tbh...

yep, halogen = mucho cheaper than xenon... xenon's are usually standard on a 172...

it'd be a great guide if it was in English!! Better light cast by the xenon's, but not further up the road though...

this cold weather has affected my mpg by roughly 3 or 4 mpg.. yours does seem to be affected a lot though...

Mine started out like that, but got progressively worse. It turned out to be the aux belt rubbing on another belt, but this was a mk2 172.

yep, as above, get them clean, then coat them with a quality wax, makes 'em easier to clean..
