Re: Flame Red DCI 80 Sport Rep
you dont need to swap the subframes the standard is fine... iv done it . also the rack isnt needed to be changed just need to get the tracking re done
i doubt very much that the 80 shot of nos actually gives 80bhp.. the jet will be a 80bhp optimum, which means on the rigth engine thats the most it can give. i think the rolling road if it was actually done will of been very generous.
and i would seriously lower the back end unless you are...
rattling noise could be the dephaser, as for the misfire coil pack .. but you say thats tested.
could possibly of dropped a valve but i think you would really know if that was the case. its hard to guess without having a video and being able to hear what kind of noise it is thats being made.
well he seemed to be able to , but there again a few of his cars have had them. i cant comment on the drive as i never drove it but being in the car felt no different to being in any other car setting of wise. although another lad had a play in it and was very jerky took 2-3 attempts to set of...
my friend had one in his evo, said it was dodgy at first but he could soon drive it same as any other kind of clutch.. was his daily driver to. guess people just have different tolerences to it etc
yeah iv been using it on flatted paint to buff up. iv nto had any problems with it tho it looks spot on. not tried the 3m stuff may give thata blast will it cut up aswell as g3 does ?
i quite like it its indivual which is pretty rare on here.. although i wouldnt have the stripes etc on myself but it does make it more your own.

just wondered everyones opinions on farecla g6 i have always used g3 before which was ok but very messy and took ages to get the compound of.. recently iv been using the g6 with the g6 mop pad and its loads better you use it dry as apposed to wet with g3 so is alot cleaner and no need to...
have a bash at it start of on a slow speed and get used the the polish. beware of edges although people do make out they go through faster than they actually do
i had the same problem when the van used to pull up at my old work i used to buy things i didnt need just because it was shiny and i could say i had it lol
its a pig of a job to do hence the price.. i did my own.. you have to totally gut the inside of the car for a proper job.. it all wants sanding down to help the paint stick properly. then it needs painting which is a b**ch to do as once you have done the floor you can no longer get back in...
its hard to say sometimes cars do lose a little water.. i would be tempted to have a compression test and see what that brings up. when the headgasket goes it can either go a little n stay like that for ages.. or go alltogether overheat warp the head and mix coolant and oil etc
whats it like on fuel ? any smoke ? the oil may always come out clean but it depends were abouts the gasket has blown... if it has .car starting to run a little warmer that usual ?
just noticed you said its losing water.. howmuch over how long ?
if it is the headgasket then there are a few...
