Looks good. Don't like how you've bolted the cage in with the nut inside. I'd always run it the other way so that if it does work loose at least the cage isn't moving and sliding around as the bolts will still locate it

For gaming a 980Ti is completely on par with the Titan X so I'm not sure I see your logic on that. Unless it's not just for gaming and then yes the Titan is better for its cuda cores

First thing to check is the earth for the gearbox. Best trick is if you've got a jump lead connect one end to the negative terminal of the battery, then the other to the gearbox. If that starts then it's the gearbox earth. If it's not that then try and earth it to the body too.
Figured out how you can get the non CD changer stereo setup in the cars that came with CD changers and retain all the stalks and display. Then fit the xcarlink bluetooth adapter and enjoy OEM looking, non visible music streaming and handsfree.
Well happy.
So good news for 197 owners with the s**t CD changer fitted that want to have an OEM stereo but get handsfree and music streaming without having to get a Parrot kit with a second screen.
Since I got the car it's been something that's annoyed me and I've tried it a few times but never managed...
Yeah it does need more content and I think you should be able to choose whether you want the capture the point style or payload style because I really hate payload

If you look in my project thread my car is a 197 on H&R's with the ktec 19mm spacers. 25mm is the size a lot of people go for but I don't like them.
Ktec are very reputable and the drive of the car hasn't changed much at all with the 19mm on. I took them off the other week actually to see...
Anyone play the beta of this?
Just purchased it today as I loved the beta. Can't wait to get home and play for a few hours. Awesome game and great fun rather than stressful to play. Was really surprised how Blizzard have pulled off an FPS game.
Memory speed is really of no significance these days. It really doesn't matter so I'd take the higher memory capacity over lower slightly faster memory any day of the week

I'm not, I'm just speaking logic. If you own a brand new car you shouldn't be pissing about with the ECU for the sake of a couple of £££. Take it to a professional and not only have it done safely but get a better map out of it.

Because his service is s**t. But that's what you have to expect from someone who does this as a hobby (which it is whether you think it is or not) and hasn't done anything wrong himself as far as I can see. I'm not defending him, I'm more saying that if you don't want to risk bricking your car...
What's wrong with the map? Did the OP try loading the henk map again after the first time or just try loading the original cal which it's possible he incorrectly saved?
To me it sounds completely like user error if even the original cal wouldn't work.

What's ridiculous about it?
I think it's s**t service but you can't blame him tbh. It's a choice to pay less and use a flash map and take on the risks of making a hash of it vs paying the extra for piece of mind and getting a professional to do it.
It's something he does in his spare time tbh. Can't blame him for not providing the kind of service you'd expect from a full time supplier. Not to mention the fact that henk did nothing wrong so it really isn't his problem.
Top marks for Paul though. He's a proper helpful guy
You need to get in touch with Paul at RSTuning. They use the RSTuner to map their cars with (no they don't use the maps henk provides, they just use the box). They are in the best position to try and fix whatever has gone on.

Looking good. I fancy some ds2500's for mine. Let me know how you get on.
Did my vague instructions on removing the front bumper work then?

Bought the tyres at £75 a corner. Rear discs are £7X a corner, can't remember the price, whatever the price is for pads plus labour. He estimated about £250 iirc. Then whatever he needs to do with the rear caliper. He is going to try and free it up to get it through the MOT and see how I get...
