Ah cheers, never used flickr before. Would like to try some pics like that but hardly any decent beaches near me:( Looks like i'll go for the 50 for now since thats a decent price.

would you say the 50mm is worth getting even though I have the 17-55 that came with the camera upon purchase which i've had for 4 years now. or should I go for 10-20 in which case would you say sigma is best for that? One more thing, how do get incredible photos like this one...

So do you use the 10-20 day to day or swap between that and the 50? Thinking of getting a new lens and you seem to know your stuff!

Dude how do your images on flickr always come out so crystal clear? what lens do you use for all the car shots up close? is that the 50 one?
