Get her to try this: Hit Menu on the remote. Then scroll down to TV, hit ok on the remote. Scroll down to Channels and hit ok on the remote. Scroll to Update Scan. Hit ok. The TV should now start to retune.

Depends. If you want the OEM Renault part (Renault part number: 8200413526) it's about £30. If you want the uprated one you'll have to do a bit of DIY and make it up yourself from the PowerFlex fit (http://www.powerflex.co.uk/product-details/Dog+Bone+(Twisted)+Engine+Mount+Bush+Kit/333.html)...

Probably your gearbox Dogbone Mount. Very common on Clios, not just RenaultSport ones either.

Could it be your other engine mounts? The one under the battery, lose it off. Then with a bit bar force the engine towards you a bit. Then retighten it.
