The advantage of XBMC for me is that there is a good iPlayer plugin and if I want to watch something for free I can use Icefilms. That way I don't have to bother downloading something, then converting it to MP4.
Also XBMC supports UPNP so if I do want to stream something I can use PS3 Media...

No, it'll run fine on your desktop. Naturally you'll have to have your computer running. You're better off installing Icefilms on XBMC.

Might not put you off, but you're forgetting that most people buying a 2nd hand car are really anally retentive. They are looking to find the most standard car they can find. I'm not overly fussed myself as I know I can return something to standard if needs be, other people I know wouldn't touch...
You may have assembled to the top mounts incorrectly. I did that when I fitted new dampers and springs to my old Ph1 Si. Take them apart and try and find a pic of what they're meant to look like by searching the forum.
That engine runs pencil coils. With the car running keep unplug each coil one at a time. If the engine stutters and struggles more, that coil is fine. If it doesn't change then you've found your faulty coil.
They're about £45 each last time I had to buy one.
