Turns the ESP off and on. ESP is the electronic stability program, recommended to keep it on (especially in the rain) unless your on a track day.

Takes a while, lots of lube is required and you'll only need a third of a normal bar. It shoulds just basically glide over the paintwork with the lube.
If you want the handling then just get some H&R's afterwards if you don't get the cup suspension. Don't forget that the cup packs are more than the suspension, also, different colour wheels, splitter, spoiler.

Glad you got it sorted in the end, they took long enough.
Don't know if ours is slower now or we've got used to the speed but it doesn't seem that quick now.
