1. Yes just a matter of plugging it in and putting the files onto it. 2. I think you can install Vista on an external but I would advise against it. 3. This is good for the price, your better off getting a larger capacity one now days as 120Gb is not going to be value for money.

Your Netgear router should have all the settings that you require, it's PPPoE that it's asking for I think which is under the basic settings of your router.

This Jeffs is what I used as recommended by Rich, beads really well. It's a sealant and not a wax though.

Doesn't do back for the amount of effort that you need to put in, but you can't beat the proper wax if you have time.

Saw that earlier...choices hey lol Yeah he is right, the one I linked to was 8Mb cache, but you can get 16Mb.

Doesn't eliminate the need for drying, just means you don't need to wax afterwards is the idea if it's like the ones I've tried. I've used the Duragloss and Prima versions of it when I've not had time to wax the car properly.

Hand in a plastic sandwich bag and test the smoothness of the paintwork.
