So it's a 2010 model? Most likely will be fine, I think before that they were using mini DVI anyway. I know mine is a late 2009 model and has mini DVI.
Did you notice the last sentence I wrote, I said if you need it now get one now. If you can wait, and need to extra grunt. Then it will be worth waiting. As some of the benchmarks around show the IvyBridge CPU's to be much much faster than the current SandyBridge.
IvyBridge was actually...
Scan are due to get some in, they are overdue according to the site. So might be worth giving them a call Monday and seeing what's what.
PSU wise I tend to go for the corsair items. Have one of the modular 1000w items in my rig. Well it is 1000w officially, take it apart and it is actually two...
Enjoy it.
I will however point out that others thinking of buying soon. If they can hold off for a few months, do so.
Intel released some proper details of their new CPU's 2 weeks ago, the same new CPU's that are going into the next MBP. Won't be long until they hit the market now. AMD also...
The Nvidia 590GTX is the best card around right now for offering it to be honest. It's more powerful than the ATI equivalent the 6990. It is around £100 more expensive however.
To play at decent framerates at 5760x1200 you are going to need some muscle. So this is a case of £600+ GPU time. Or...
Personally I just wouldn't give overclockers any of my money now. Had bad experiences in the past and their customer support was pretty much non existent. Where as Scan I have only good things to say about them.
Wouldn't bother with an ATI 6770 at all not a great card for gaming to be honest.
Personally would look at the current today only deals on scan. Deal number 1 at the moment http://www.scan.co.uk/todayonly/index.aspx?_s_icmp=AkaIX3H4 just add an Nvidia GTX 560 and you will have a pretty decent...
I thought the lines down the display picture were artefacts, however it is too uniform. Never seen it do lines like that when set to 16 colours. Still though windows should still load a default simple driver that can display true colour at lower resolutions upon initial install.
Have you...
I mean if you had more money to spend I would say look at the Pioneer Avic F30BT units. But you are typically looking around £1000 for those.
They do have SatNav, bluetooth etc though. Which is something you would have to add to the Alpine should you want it later on. So depends what you want...
This will do everything you want and remember Alpine units are modular so if down the line you want say Bluetooth, SatNav etc etc. It can be added. If you want better sound quality then I do recommend getting the PXA H100 imprint unit.

Would say the card is dead. Looks like you have some artefacts on screen as well as the 16 colours being forced.
However I would go for an ATI 5450 card personally quicker and similar price, sub £30.
Chances are the AI, physics etc will be dumbed down for the xbox and likely will be much lower resolution than we are used to on the PC.
Just like you had to do on crysis when it first came out, not many could run with the physics are highest levels with shaders cranked up etc. Same will happen...
If you have bigish hands, do not get the magic mouse. Will just result in you getting cramps. Buy the trackpad and then invest in a decent mouse that is actually comfortable to use for long periods.
Bought my Magic Mouse and it ended up getting used a few times and then put away. My hands used...
You know Apple's own system so you can install windows as well as OSX. Then you just pick which one you want to load, OSX or Windows. Nice and easy to do, all the windows drivers are on the OSX disc or can be downloaded from the apple website.
Yeah know the feeling, got a load of games here to play through. Even though I am off at the moment, I still don't seem to have any time to do anything.
Have you called them to say you are having problems with the line and it not working?
I had a problem and they were out the next day replacing the line didn't cost me a thing either.
They are very similar games to be honest. NV is the better game you don't need to play Fallout 3 first not related to each other.
Sounds like you have not even got out of the first town yet which is basically a tutorial. Once you start finding the many other places and enemies and other...
Can't see an iPhone Nano coming.
There is a good chance however that an 8GB iPhone4 will come along to cater for the low end. With the iPhone 5 then picking up the higher end.
Many of the newer Alpines require the imprint addon for control of crossovers, T/A etc. Think you have to go right up to the high end units to not require that. Then it will need the software if you wish to try the actual imprint function out...which I have got to say works well if you know what...
It doesn't need to exist to predict it's price to be fair.
Apple tend to be rather predictable with pricing...mainly because nothing has really changed in years. Their replacement products all tend to cost the same as the outgoing models and have done for a long time. MBP in 2008 cost £150 less...
