Both of mine (197's) have been fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Dont expect German build, but its acceptable. They do have one thing the Germans cant do though, its called a soul ;)

I liked my Milltek. Any Ktec will boom, they all do tbh. My suggestion would be Milltek, or maybe a Scorpion RS192, they are not too bad also. If looking for near o.e sound, nothing comes close to the original unfortunately

yes he can, receives txts off other people also, no problems with my work phone either. I'll have a word with o2. Its my phone i'm sure. iphone toss, knew i should have got an android device ;)

Saw one on the road yesterday, same spec as the one in the advert, look good imo. Think colour will make a huge difference.

its stupid 197 non cupped is just that, a 197. 197 with cup chassis = Cupped 197 197 Cup = 197 Cup ;) done. No ff that or that. FF was a fully loaded 182, so that was 182 with all the trimmings, ie cup chassis/spoiler etc.

I have many times on the MK2 RS, most exhaust ruin the car imo, noisy and boomy all at the wrong rpm Standard with decat is how i rocked my 172 cup and 182.

Mine, Just running KW's Retrimmed 197 wheel (cups have poverty spec one) Picking it up tomorrow from Birchdown, cambelt + aux belt (full kit) water pump, handbrake cables, gearbox oil and MOT! Cher ching!!!!

Yup they do benefit from a remap, much better from cold. I just remapped mine with an RS tuner from fast chip. Does the job for not a lot of pennies :)

Itg panel filter will suffice. Any open cone will suffer heat soak etc
