Im thinkin about painting my Rocker Cover on my Valver.. can i cause any damage removing this. Do i just remove the HT leads and plugs then the 6 bolts or what ever it is and take it off or is it harder then this.....:D.... then after its removed... SPRAY AWAY...:D:D:D

ALright, fort it was you. Its ok had a few probs with it nothin Majour the Bottom Engine mount went on Wednesday only coz some1 had put a 1.2 engine mount on instead of a 1.8. Gave her a good clean yesterday looks lovely cleaned up. We should go for a drive one day and get some pics together...

i might take u up on the Grill... ill have a think! Engine work after the coilovers im gettin a mid section and D-cat..then mayb a manifold, Up rated panel filter cams and pullys, de limit the rev counter either re mapped or chipped, change all the hose's to Collent ones... dont really no wat...
