Which panel filter?

Hi once again. Thanks to everyone for all the advice, I will stay clear of induction kits. So what about panel filters? Are they the way to go? If so what do you guys recommend? And is it easy to fit? Cheers!

If you can get a k&n for the 8v engine i'd go with that mate....i had one in my 1.2 16v and it was pretty good....

alot of people on here will tell ya to get a ITG panel filter... mines on order.. can be found on here cheapst i found for my valver
