We were looking to move as well but I dont think that will happen now.
Right kick in the teeth that is! Takes the piss a bit as ours is a silly large 2 bed and other "smaller" shitty 2 beds are going for the same money. Oh well bang goes a nice Garage for the EVO X (yes a TEN ;) ) and a nice...
Can't be arsed to spend anymore money then is necessary at the minute!
Life story here....
Car is broked still..need to purchase some new solenoids (3 of them) at £75 plus VAT each and they reckon that should fix it.
Just had Valuation on house and pretty much lost 23K in 3 years :(
Needless...
I want one.
But I dont want to spend £180+ on one when im only going to use it once or twice.
Sooooo does anyone have one that they would be willing to lend out? The evo paint is very soft and im trying to be being extra careful when I come to PC it up in the next few weeks (weather depending!)
It depends how dirty said car is..if its protected well and not filthy I only use 1 bucket...if its filthy like this time of year I use 1 guy 2 buckets.
Be hardcore like me and you can use the larger backing plate with the small pad and not do any damage.
I couldnt be arsed to walk the 12 foot or so to go get the smaller backing plate out of the shed at the time. so used the larger one. Not a porblem unless you are a complete spaz. ;)...
Be careful using the migliore wax...it's oily as fcuk!
Don't put it on thick and constantly swap sides with your mf when buffing off or it will be a git to come off
3 hits just means going over the area 3 times.
Edit:- that doesn't mean wiping over it 3 times...working until broken down, buff off and repeat.
But people seem to call it layering.
As far I'm I'm concerned polish is measured in "hits", glazes, sealants and waxes are "layered"
Ayc pump has gone. Well the solenoids have inside.
You can't buy the solenoids new, only second hand and they are 80 second hand.
Or you buy a new pump which is 2.5k
:)
Sweeetttttttt
Had a whazz last night, didn't know WTF I was doing though!
Went and played b myselfbwith the bots instead....much better and got the hang of it.
I like it, it's different.
Watermarks are a b**ch in this area.
I do struggle to get "good foam" from certain shampoos if but I get around that by using the hose set on its hardest/strongest setting (I got on of the ones that you keep twisting the nozzle and it goes from a liht mist to a "jet")
Fill it up in the kitchen...
No no no your not understanding...The wheels are fine, protected and clayed. It's how the XP's dust...it slowly breaks down anything I have ever put on these wheels. The old Clio ones were fine but on the EVO....nightmare. ITs the compund used in the brakes themselves. Add to that big Brembo...
You haven't seen how much brake dust XP8's kick off!
Corrosive as f**k. Wheels are already well protected with Poorboys etc and ideally needs reapplication once a month. Never seen anything like it!
