    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

Re: What have you ordered? That. My view is its aimed at hardcore fulltime detailers. Not billybob who could quite easliy get away with using something a little less hardcore. I know I certainly wouldn't buy it, even if I did do a few other cars it wouldn't be worth it.

Headlight correction without a PC Polisher?

^^^ Yes just be very carefull on speed and temperature build up. Use your hand to check how hot the plastic is getting. Edit you will still need to wet-sand with 1500/2000/2500 etc and use polish of course.

    Homemade Sun Gun!

Piece of piss really nothing to it. If any of the detailing regulars on here want one and don't feel comfortable doing it just supply the bits and I would build it up for a beer.

    Homemade Sun Gun!

If it has the right lumen output anything would/will work. Obviously this was originally designed as Gally said was to do with colour checking. Brinkmann also do one.

Untrue. SRP does correction. Its all dependant on softness of the paint and how deep swirl marks are.

    Detailing Spray...

I dont use it every week..after a month or so to help protection before waxing again. FK425 is my preferred QD as VFM. I have used Z6 and can honestly say I did not notice any difference between the 2 of them. What he said. Edit oh also red mist is terrible. The "tropical" version is...

Vaio laptop to Sony TV? Non-HDMI.

It wont work too well though picture wise. The ratio will be way off converting it from VGA to red/white/yellow.

    DAS6 Pro or Rotary

If you go rotary try and get a light one. I have a silverline and its a bit heavy. Can't comment on the CYC rotary as never felt how heavy it is. I prefer the rotary over the das-6 hated how it felt to use.
