Between 3/5 hours dependant on if I'm waxing it and cleaning the engine etc.
But I usually clean the interior too at the same time. That takes about 1 hour on its own.

Some people do find it easier to use AF, I don't begrudge anyone for using it, I personally don't though.

I took 2300 shots at world renault series in 2007 (over both saturday and sunday), 990 of those were the owners laps and 'winners' laps.
In total I deleted 600 out of the whole 2300 as they were either blur, too far away or wrong setting.. Not bad for manual work I'd say ;)
^^ As above, paint programs 'guess' what colour and pixels to put where when enlarging photos. So no matter what you try you'll always get some distortion.

Used to run that on a regular but I was a P-Paint user instead of D-Paint. ;)
Only used an Archimedes once and that was at school, never was a great fan of tbh, was more a spectrum fan at the time. Still own a Plastic keyed 48Kb+ Spectrum with the interface II socket...

I find it easier to not use Auto Focus on my D40, means another thing for me to control instead of the camera doing the work, it will take MF lenses too btw, so more choice to look at ;)
