These are my own decals on ebay. I make these myself and can offer them in yellow, red, white, silver, blue or carbon fibre as in the auction:

You can see from this thread below that people are happy...
Just the wheel bearing can be replaced. It's easy to do if you can press the bearing out.
iirc the bearing is about 30 quid. Getting it out of the disc is the hard part, might be worth taking the disc to a garage and paying them to remove it. The rest is easy.
I get 2MB broadband and TV for £17 a month with virgin. Plus the last 3 months I havent been charged and I can cancel anytime as I am not tied into a contract.
I have been monitoring peak values, which jump to near 100% when lifiting off throttle. At full throttle its about 70%. Not sure what the injectors are but I think there is a little room for some more tuning.
I'll borrow a signal generator from work and get an exact figure, will find out...
Talk to ktec they could supply you with the bits.
The return goes straight from the bottom of my turbo into the sump. You will need to drill and tap the sump.
The pressure sender is where you can tee off the oil feed.
I want to keep maximum of 12.5 psi, but also have the option of running a lower boost for short journeys. But the issue I have is I can only get good control with 20% duty cycle which seems to be the lowest setting.
I am a complete noob.lol.
I just finished fitting my apexi avcr boost controller. The wastegate actuator used to control at around 12.5psi, now I want to use the boost controller. Am I right in thinking I will need to get a different actuator with a softer spring to allow better boost control?
Please no one say get a...
It's working! Inlet temperature is around 34 degC after idling for 1/2 hour on drive, not too bad i thought.
The boost controller is telling me I am hitting 94% duty cycle on the injectors at 0.8 bar, better start looking for bigger ones.
Got it running yesterday, but got very hot very quick! The charge cooler pump had an airlock. Figure out that hooking up a hose pipe to the top of the header tank and a free hose out of the charge cooler with water pumping through the system is the best way to clear the air. I am a happy chappy...
I have refilled the coolant system and wonder why there is only a small trickle of water back into the header tank when the engine is running? Is this normal?
Also, the level was going up and overflowed when I switched engine off, then dropped back down after a little while. What causes this...
got a few update pics. Had to fit a new heatshield behind the turbo as you can see the old one was looking a bit dangerous....
Had to remove the actuator thingy and also modify the bracket to minimise the rubbing against the heatshield. It's very tight behind there. The turbo is about 30mm...
I always get the same comments about the badge, but having spent 99% of my time under the bonnet the rest gets no attention. It went 6 months without a wash...but will be removing the badge when I get chance, plus got to remove the bbperformance tuning stickers too as the engine was built by ktec.
cool just found that, looks like I can do this anytime then. I got a couple of 4.6mm one way valves from halfrauds. Do you know for certain what size the pipe is?
My gear box has lasted over 20k miles. The engine however had buggered piston rings, but I guess time will tell now if they are actually reliable or not as the engine was rebuilt in january.
The only other problems I have had apart from the piston rings are leaking coolant hoses, dodgy...
