I paid a premium for mine but I'm glad I did as I will probably never see another one due to their being only 30 or 40 of them. If I went back to Vee ownership I wouldn't be as bothered as they are so few no matter what colour you have.

I never pressed my Vee round bends whereas with the 182 I am happy to chuck it round corners. You would have to be a seriously talented driver to win round a track in a Vee IMO.
They are the same mirror to mirror. Mine was a nightmare to get in and out of though as door sills are much wider. Thankfully I am in ok shape so could just squeeze out. Padding on the wall is a must.
Have to admit I get a bit nervous about all the gadgets going wrong as my 182 is substantially more kited out than the Phase 1 V6. So far all is ok though.
Right so some people may have gone for the spoiler, splitter and wheels on a cosmetic basis wheras others also / alternatively did the suspension for performance reasons.
I guess most people probably went for everything in one go as the suspension didn't cost the earth did it? £250.00?
As a new 182 owner I'm not really up-to-scratch on these cars. Can anyone point me to a thread which provides some information on the optional extras that were available such as the Cup pack etc?
Just trying to work out what mine has and how to check :)
