Thanks, I have to admit that I'm totally bitten by the V6 bug :) Can't imagine life without one now although that opinion may change if anything goes wrong!
Had to do some work at Redbridge cycle facility the other week so took the opportunity to take a few shots. Nothing spectacular but an interesting mix of the countryside / city.
Not very good :)
Very hard to picture this I know but I once saw a Saxo in town that had been resprayed a kind of holographic colour with colour changing stars. It looked awful, just like paper I use at Christmas!
Thanks everyone, really appreciate your kind comments :)
Ali - The condition of the front bumper isn't as good as it may appear (I was quite selective with my shots). If you look carefully in the first pic, you can see a mark on the side at the bottom plus there are lots of stone chips and...
Yup, I thought that as soon as I saw the pics. To be honest, the main focus of today was removing grime from the joins in the bodykit and between the badges. I never knew how useful cotton buds were :)
Thanks guys :)
Dan - Not professionally detailed obviously, just my best attempt with the limited resources that I have (no clay or polish). I laughed when I saw your 'Location' by the way, hope I'm not offending you with my use of the word :)
Absolutely lovely day in Somerset so spent the morning detailing my Vee. Very happy with the results but will welcome any comments on my work / photography :)

It's ok, still think you should change it though :) I did the whole French plate thing a few years back but was always cacking it when the Rozzers were behind me. I eventually changed over to pressed English plates before it dawned on me that there was no point so now have nice clean standard...
Can't see the point in these short plates personally, most cars have a recess for them and look a bit silly if the plate doesn't fill them.
Also seen a few cars round here with tiny motorcycle sized plates which are almost impossible to read. Definite fine territory :)
Not this again :)
172 Cup / 182 Trophy = Winners for track fun
182 FF = Winner for general day-to-day laughs
Anything else just doesn't cut it.
IMO of course :)
Has anyone had any issues with theirs? Was driving home tonight when my rear fog light logo started lighting up on the dashboard evertime I braked.
Took the rear cluster out and the connections didn't seem to be held in by anything more than some cable shrink wrap which has lost it's shape...
Nice work getting the Clio, a very good car which you will enjoy hugely. RB is one of my favourite colours and looks fantastic when clean.
Don't go on SSC anymore, a once great club that is now run very badly IMO.
This is a much warmer, busier and more welcoming place so enjoy :)
