Milltek from what I've heard sounds excellent. Don't know anything about the finish or any performance hikes though.
Use a new one, don't try to re-use the old one. They bend to the shape of the exhaust. Re-using it means it won't bend properly, not giving you a air tight seal.

As I can gather at the mo, BBPT Grp N upgrade is a bit of a double edge sword. They don't produce/modify the map, so I'm guessing your getting a map that pretty much other companies use. So if you can get it cheaper, then yay! If not, std mod's +...
