The get a hammer and punch/chisel/screwdriver and tap the boss where it sits on the splines to give it a shock.
Then yank it.

The rest of the mounts are fine standard. Vibra's will give a bit of vibration, but that's the price for decent support.
The flo-flex mounts are abit s**t tbh.
I've got one on mine (although not for much longer) and it's started to fail after 6,000 miles.
The banging sound is most likely the exhaust hitting the ARB, a new dogbone will fix that.
As above, let it warm up before you kick it, it'll last you much longer.
It could be a whole number of things.
Usual suspects are either the pedal or throttle body.
In some cases (like mine) it can be wiring problems (my loom sliced itself in 12 places)

I've dealt with him before for fiesta championship use coilovers and never had an issue, even had to send a set back and they were turned around within the week.
Maybe the clio ones are harder to get hold of?

ahh, I think for the smaller side I dropped a 3/8" extension bar down it and battered that through.
Larger side I just work around the metal ring with the hammer, a couple of good belts every 90' so it doesn't twist and comes out straight
