i have a p1 172 apart from cutting out , I have changed the icv , 2 tb , 1 new throttle cable and it still plays up on the idle , the last thing I will change is the proximity censor on the side of the tb and if that don't work I will go mad .
when you get the pure Motorsport kit make sure you get the right belt with it because the prob was when fitting the belt it was to tight and I think they had probs .
Let me now the result apart from the noise, so far on my ph 1 , a/c delete , 438 cams , arp Conrod bolts , spax springs and dampers, power flex wish bone bush , power flex arb , power flex dog bone , and more next step jenvey itb & ecu , remap,
Yes mate it would I have the same exhaust pipe and back box , I was going to change mine but hassle when it come to the mot, I have the a/c delete , and the car feel a lot better ,
Yer if I can get the car to run correct , it has a mind of its own revs between 1000 to 2500 I keep blipping the throttle so far 1 brand new icv & two tb and a new cable no joy driving me mad at the mow,
