nice looking engine spec going in there Ian. Presumably you're doing full ACL bearings, lightening the crank and wacking a lightened fly on for good measure? What bore are you going for?
Cup racers had a deflector plate (where OP put the watering can ;)) which had a 90degree bend in it. Coming from the side would probably work better, but there isn't much room either side. Iirc someone tried on from under the car, but I can't remember where they were fed to.
Not sure thats correct tbh. They do specific cycling insurance, although I doubt many (myself included) have it as it's not compulsary. Cyclists need to be more careful imo, I see some shocking sites, and to go into the back of someone it silly.

They make NO difference mate FYI. All the do is make the engine bay slighlltly brighter.

Forged lump, uprated head you will see 400. Paul's ran that iirc. Wasn't the healthiest though. Would bother maxing it out by the way.
