i think its an import, you should have the etching, do you have locking nuts on your alloys?, its not a problem being an import but it would have been nice to know it was one shaun

the sticker is put on when the windows are etched (this could have been removed tho), if you dont have etching on every window (frosted etching, not black writing) then its almost certainly an import

his is a mk2, its not a mk1 exclusive

all your windows should have a frosted etching on them, (side windows, back window, windscreen, do you have a white sticker on your windows ?

coz all uk cars got an alarm fitted as std, does your windows have any numbers etched onto them ??

you shouldnt need to do those steps very often if you follow a proper washing program after doing the above, but its quite acceptable to do a full PC job twice a year, you should be carefull with the #83 rated polishes though. brazo has the facts and figures of how much paint a pc removes, and...
