I know the cup is lower than the FF but by how much? Is it just different springs, or are the dampers different aswell? Finally is it true the cups have a wider track, how is this achieved - Is it just wheel spacers? Thanks for the help.

Hi guys my 172 has developed a rattle/Knocking under the bonnet. When you rev it and let off just as it returns to idle something clatters together for a few seconds. It sounds like its right at the front of the engine bay and can only be heard from outside the car. Any Ideas??

Just noticed today my shift light usually comes on at around 6800rpm. I very raley see it as i dont usually rev the car this hard. However ive just been out for a bit of a play at lunch and it has started coming on at around 6100rpm and actually hit the limiter at about 6500. Is it variable...

Hi guys Picked up my 172 on Friday:D . Loving every minute of it so far and the weather this weekend couldnt have been better. The car is mint, not a mark on it apart from swirling in the paint where it has been cleaned previously, Whats best for getting them out. Thanks Rich

Ive heard the performance gains of the 182 over the older 172 are all down to a new manifold, helping the engine breathe better. Is this correct if i fitted a 182 manifold to a 172 would i get the 10BHP increase, or is my mate talking rubbish (as usual). Cheers Rich
