Only had hl2 installed for alittle while when it first came out. Reinstalling it now to get some praccy in for cs:s. Used to be a tfc player, but tfc2 seems boring now and even more buggier than the first version.
After the 1000000 million hour update from steam, I'll give tfc2 and cs:s...
Should imagine you could get it from any fabric place? Unless it's a 100% unique design thing.
Go round the industrial estates near you looking for one. I got 2 metres of the boot carpet for £2 from an industrial estate. Would've cost about a tenner per metre from halfords I think it was
If anyone gets one and it fits, let me know. I've had to use a torch twice in the past month or so, and the torch in my car is now dead and I can't be arsed to buy new batteries
This does look nice. Think this is the second car on here that I've seen which has a bodykit, ice etc etc that people are actually liking.
I wouldn't have the headlight covers on though. You must get pulled up by the cops for not having indicators showing to the front?
Needs night pics...
Once you unclip the sunvisor from the holder, you'll be able to see the screw easier. They're torx screws though, so a normal screwdriver won't fit.
Took some pics to show where the screws are
There's one screw in the things that are attached to the roof. Unsrew them and pull the part closest to the rear of the car down, so it levers. They're really easy to take out as I've done it a few times
iPap must be a biker, or used to be one, by having the lights on during the day.
Can't remember where I read it about the sidelights being legal to drive in a well lit 30 area, like a town centre. Was a forum full of coppers though as they said my lighting was illegal, still said it after I...
Only thing I can think of that the system could be used for, which won't mean upgrading parts is using it as either a mail server, or just something as simple as a media/file storage server.
If you're going to be using it for a web server, then chuck linux on. It handles multiple users alot...
Guessing here, as I've not embedded videos onto sites for donkeys years. Try changing showstatusbar="1" to either showstatusbar="0" or showstatusbar="false"
Think you can drive in a 30 zone with sidelights on. Any speed limit that's higher than 30, you have to have the dipped beam on with bad visibility/nights
Some cars do look good with 4 lights lit up on the front of the car, but it's no reason to use them when it's a clear day/night. Don't know why they do it, is it just to show off that they've not got the cheapest model of the make of car that's out? "Oooh look at me, I spent an extra £1000 than...
Turn it onto dipped beam? Not sidelights or mainbeam, or fogs. The images on the stalk let you know what setting you're on. Plus if ya can't see sh*t, ya prolly on sidelights. If ya can see stuff for miles and everyone's flashing their lights at you or crashing coz they can't see anythin as...
Grrr, how sh*t is that? My car's only worth £4.5k at the most. Could've bought 3 of the feckers once I've finished paying finance. Last time I get a new car :(
Can't believe some of the comments given out recently. I do think that 'smile' needs something to break it up thogh. Something like the image above with the lines at the side of the rad.
My neighbour is a sign writer and can sticker cars up. Bit of a journey for you though! If you want to contact him, can get him at www.thesignguys.co.uk get him on the mobile as he's hardly ever in the office. He's done lorries, vans, cars etc so knows what he's doing
Got my car back from the dealers today. My car wasn't running right as the injectors were blocked apparantly. Which made it so the car didn't idle well and was giving the sensors readings of bad emmisions. Dunno if that's true or not, but they charged me for injector cleaning fluid.
They're standard sizes - 6" being the smallest I believe. Although you may be able to find 3" - 4" after alot of searching as I've never found any. Having the tubes in the footwells is one easy way and under the front seats facing forwards. Will give that 'background' lighting so the tv isn't...
Neons wont give off much light, they're really for lighting up closely. If you want a good spread of light, you'll be best getting an led tube or something.
How much would new brake pads cost for a 1.2 04? My dealers seems to think it'll cost just over £90 which I'm not gonna pay! They're already taking 200 notes off me for the bleedin service they're doing
