its for williams wheels, 195/50/15. are pe2's better? what make are they and where did u get them?

if u want to do a proper job take them off and use a wire brush on them and give 3-4 coats of spray paint about 30 mins apart, then leave for a few hours 2 dry b4 driving or your brake dust/dirt will stick to them
