^ lol, sure!
Cause a Cup packed 182 fitted with PE2's is such a bad road setup
To the OP, I went from a PH2 172FF to a Cupped 182FF and in stock form it is a much better car, handles a lot better than an OE 172, and despite what people like to think Renault made a lot more changes...
Show me someone on Gumball who isn't a pretentious prick with too much money and doesn't disregard public safety - he just happens to have some form of humour :)
lol!
So you drop the car on harder springs, fine that'll remove some of the roll and lower the centre of gravity. But what gave you the impression Renault rolled out the Clio 1.2 on sports orientated damping units? Rolls bad enough on a 172, let alone softer dampers.

Post I found that Fred posted.
I fitted my FK's with freds help, wasn't too hard at all. Only problem I had was undoing one of the rubber top mounts that had ceased in place.

Bought one of these today, pretty pleased with it. Just gave the car a quick blast and it's muchos powerful!
Quality of the unit itself seems fair, although perhaps not upto Karcher units (but for a Karcher of 370l/m you're looking at £150~). No problems at all, get an adjustable lance, a...
Well, cambelt will need doing if it's not been done so add £500~ to the price for that. Also not sure why it has a "recent timing and aux belt" when it's scheduled for 36k, unless of course 31,000 miles is recent.
lol, well figured I'll see how I get on, used it on the family cars and see if I can perfect it. Got a T reg black Escort on the drive that shall be my test bed.
If it's not my cuppa I'll sell it.
Ordered this last night, got the pack including the pads and Sonus products and just looking for any tips before I take it to my Inferno for a detailing session, looking forward to seeing how Inferno looks after one of these has been over it :)
Anyway, advice welcome on both techniques or other...
