Ohh I know!!
The worse thing is, I made the same mistake 3 times in selling Ph1's!! But...I prefer the Ph2 for looks In general (I think / Racing Blue)
I still keep thinking of the black Ph1, would love to know if its still alive!
So, here we are again with another Clio (my 3rd RS, although my 1st Ph2)
After selling my Ph1 172 (Picture below) I decided I fancied a Civic Type R.
17 Days after the purchase...the Type R was gone (Hated it that much) and a deal was done with an RB182 cup :approve:.
182 when home...
Ph1 172
Saxo VTS
Punto GT Turbo
Valver
£300 Escort GTi
Glanza Turbo
Astra Sri Turbo
206 GTi 180 (Still own)
106 GTI
E46 BMW 330 Msport Coupe
Ph1 172 ( Owned this car twice lol )
EP3 Civic Type R
Missing another Saxo VTS as for some reason I...
Re: Eventually got round to take pics of my RB 182 after a good clean..and a lovely d
Looks awesome tbh!
Im with you on the Eibach's not going low enough, which is a shame.
The rear looks slightly higher in proportion to the front in the pics?
Either way, lovely looking motor!
I dont see the problem with it tbh? If its the colour you want, I'd go for it.
Budget getting the belts done by a specialist off here (around £450) and rock on?
I had Ktec's on my Ph1, not really that confidence inspiring tbh!
Now I've got an RB 182 Cup, I wont be gracing them with cheap coilovers, handling as standard is brilliant... It would be stupid to lose that for some lows.
I havent had much experience with coilovers if im honest, but go for...
So I was thinking about changing my wheels earlier on.
Im a big fan of the Team Dynamic's Pro Race 1.2's, which will be my likely choice.
Has anyone gone from the standard 205/45/16 to 195/50/15's on a 182?
RB 182 with black 15's would be great if anyone has Pics?
Cheers
I personally think the results on my own car are possibly a little far fetched tbh, but Im happy to be proven wrong.
176.2bhp
168.8Trq
Im struggling to understand how mines gained this much over the standard figures of 166bhp and 147lb's (IIRC).... I've gained an apparent 10.2bhp and 21.8 ft...
Not a chav, but they did create the lows.
I sacrificed a chunk of handling for some lows at the time, couldnt stomach the 4x4 ride height.
If people think that cheap coilovers are good, then they probably dont know any better.
Ktec coilovers on MY car in my eyes...
Not a very harsh ride...
