Clio 182 vs New Cooper S

Sure about that? As much as I am an RS Clio fan, there are plenty out there who would mistake it for just an ordinary Clio. The Mini is the more desirable car as proved by its used values!

Quick Detail - Megane R26 with Zymol Glasur

Finish looks very crisp but where are the full car shots mate:clown:? I'll look forward to seeing it in person later! Pinnacle tyre gel is the business isn't it.

    My new toy (GTi content)...

I was just waiting for you to chime in with the staple Danny_172 answer to all 106 GTi threads: "camshafts and a full exhaust and it'll be keeping with 172's" :)!

back end all over the show

Have you given them chance to 'run in' ? Usually takes at least 150 miles worth of driving. Could be down to worn rear bushes too.

    My Black Fiesta ZS

I see what your saying - probably a 'nicer' car to drive day to day, i.e. not always having to be in the mood to enjoy driving it. But when you are the 172/182 would deliver far more I imagine.

    My Black Fiesta ZS

They remap to 125 bhp and more torque than the ST so would be useful once rolling.

    My Black Fiesta ZS

70 @ 4-4.5k...You sure? My MK5 is only just at 3k at 70 in 5th. Makes for good motorway cruising

    My Black Fiesta ZS

Some say the ZS is more smooth and composed at handling due to riding on 16's rather than 17s which let the ST down a bit.

    My Black Fiesta ZS

They're a great all rounder the MK6 - well built, great to drive, cheap to run. I've got the MK5 myself and love it. Not sure whether to go for a 182 next or an ST.

I think this is the first straight motor I've seen you have in my time on here! Top work mate, plans sound good too. None of this Ph2 rear bumper nonsense.

Do the new MK3 clios feel better made than the Mk2's

Slow clap for you...well done for going out your way making to make such a minimal point. The point I was making has been twice explained by Roy, yes mechanically they might be better the interior is put together exactly the same. And that was no 'comeback' as this isnt a playground slanging...
