I had the same problem on my zhorst.
Pushed a bit of hose pipe between the mounting and the bush. did the job.
failing that get some coach bolts and nuts and use these instead of the supplied screws. this way you can lowwer the zhorst just enough to stop it banging.

If I remember right you are from Notts. If I am lucky enough to get a ticket I can pick yours up at the same time as I get mine and we can arrange to meet in Notts somewhere so I can give it to you.
I will pm you end of next week when the tickets are issued and sort some thing...

Just to add to your problems - door skins are crap had one on my 106 after it got broke in to. it would be easyier to get a door from a scrap yard and get it sprayed any decent lock smith could then charg the lock.. might even be cheaper.

I have got 3.5inch twins, I didnt realise that there was a 6x4 when I brought mine or I might of been tempted. At least on the MKII you have to cut the original one off cant say for the MKI. I also thew away the bolts that came with the exhaust and mounted it using coach bolts. This...

I like the side skirts and the rear spoiler. again the front grille looks cheap(doesnt seem to fit to well which isnt helping the cause) i tend to agree that a mesh one would be better. Front spoiler is nice bit impratical for where I live (toooooo many speed bumps)

I never asked teh question to dis-credit the car. This guy was claiming his motor was faster. i do like to car but i wouldnt give up my sport.
Paul.
Some prat revered into mine on the 4th of Oct. Dinted the rear wheel arch. Lucky i got his details and am going throught the insurance. Got three estimates, cheapist £406 and most expensinve £523. If your car has Met paint it wil cost around the same.
Sorry.
