I had the same problem on my zhorst. Pushed a bit of hose pipe between the mounting and the bush. did the job. failing that get some coach bolts and nuts and use these instead of the supplied screws. this way you can lowwer the zhorst just enough to stop it banging.

Just to add to your problems - door skins are crap had one on my 106 after it got broke in to. it would be easyier to get a door from a scrap yard and get it sprayed any decent lock smith could then charg the lock.. might even be cheaper. Paul

Some prat revered into mine on the 4th of Oct. Dinted the rear wheel arch. Lucky i got his details and am going throught the insurance. Got three estimates, cheapist £406 and most expensinve £523. If your car has Met paint it wil cost around the same. Sorry.
