Yeah filters, oil basically. Its in the manual. 36k is a biggie, needs plugs iirc I'd also get the front brakes stripped down and rebuilt. The pads seize in the calipers, very common. I have mine done every 12 months.

Re: Post your clio sport 197 pics Old one, standard 197 Mods on that were H&R coilovers and the speedline alloys Current 197 Cup Was standard there, bar the spoiler. Since added KW V1 coilovers. Love it, I am toying with a cup spoiler for it

Re: MPG from your cliosport 197 late 2007 the final drive ratios in 5th and 6th were increased (only by a few 100 rpm). The box itself is no better, just helps the mpg slightly

Recaros are superb, not just for track. They make it feel more special for sure. Mine are fine after 30k. They only wear if you're a bloater tbh ;)

w**k! Mine burst a seal in the first day oil fitting. Got a replacememnt, then i had a slight knocking from the rear. Changed the rear dampers for the Renault jobbies, noise gone. So sent them back to GAZ, got a new set, fitted them, same knocking appeared. Ride is either pogo, or rock hard...

Remember all 182's have AC, so the loadings are different. Standard 172 Cup springs have yellow/white markings. They will fit, but 99% sure the ratings are different.
