I went from 3 yrs with a 172 and then bought the 182 in 2005. Not a great difference in the two but I would never ever go for the 197. Some aspects about the styling I like (front, side sills etc), the rest I don't. The interior is bloody awful, what were they thinking with the dash? Then...

Sounds like he was just a sh1te driver. Nothing to do with what he was driving or how fast. I love my 182 but with all respect for it - it aint a fast car! Its far more comparable to its 1.2 counterpart than to a 400BHP+ beast sports car.

I thought the system in the renaultsport models were good standard? Would I notice any difference in quality by just changing the head?

Tesco wipes for inside are actually superb. Deffinately recommend them do the job.

9k is very reasonable, dont sell it underpriced. Its the worst time of the year to sell your car to be honest. If you need the cash you may have to drop a little but otherwise hold out.

Hope your enjoying your 172 Gib. Take no notice of some of these, it took me 4 years until I bounced my 172 off a hedge into another one and nearly died. Just take it steady and realise your limits and your car's limits) are slightly below what you think they are! :)

No just the tyres mate, plenty of products out there that will give them that showroom finish. Leave them as silver! ;)
