Re: My own style Clio...finally thread up lol hi, i bought the mirror blanking plate from a chap off here actually. Its just the standard mirror plate but with the hole fibreglassed over. Obviously you need to take the wiper off first lol. I ended up hacksawing it off lol :o

Saw that silver one with yellow cage and yellow lips going round the track, sounded mint chasing the civic :cool: lmao at the girl asleep in the 182 dmn, you were just going up the bridge when i saw you. Thanks, decided to keep it and finish it off now ;) Ill post some pics tommorow...

Re: My own style Clio...finally thread up lol Went down to ISTS at silverstone today with EU-Mania. Was a bit crap seeing as half the cars that were supposed to be on our stand left and ended up on Max Power stand lol, including the guy that organised it! Apart from that was quite a good day...

Spotted quite a few clios today at ISTS show. Artic 182, 182 trophy, RB 182 with stripes (and someone sleeping in it lol) Mine was parked round back with the yellow banded steelies on if you got round there lol

Re: My own style Clio...finally thread up lol Yeah yeah, but my argument would be that the tread is inside the arch, because the arch is at the top of the wheel lol, not the bottom ;) Just standard lights sprayed with red tint spray :o I did buy some PH1 lights but the wiring is different...

Re: My own style Clio...finally thread up lol yep as S23 said, as far as im aware the only law is that the tread has to be inside the arch which mine is :approve: Ill get a better pic of this but as far as im concerned the tread is fully inside the arch, they cant say anything against that...

Yeah i know, ill phone you up in the next few weeks to sort it out if thats okay? The only thing that could be deamed illegal on it is the stretch on the tyres, but tis a grey area as mentioned above. How else could i go lower on the back? Take the platforms out? only other option is...

This shot kinda shows the camber on the back, 2 degrees, not too much but enough so that the tread fits nicely in the arch lol ;) Also colour coded valve caps and max power grenade thing i found :approve: lol (sorry ph-reebone :o)

Fred may be popping over soon to sort some more camber out ;) I cant get any tuck lol! The wheels are too wide and they stick out that far. Whoever asked, the wheels are 9J wide with 195 tyres on ;) lol Ive got 8 threads left on the front, but the rear is all the way down, so cant go any...
