i'd go for the rs tuner first. you will see decent gains with just that, where as with the inlets you will not get the best out of them until you have a map done. if you get inlets later on, it won't cost much to have a new map from henk

46.8 i think for the standard wheels, you can go as far as about 37 without too much trouble if the car is lowered.

there are also hi spec and ap kits that will fit under 15's. there are a few people on here using them. i wouldn't bother changing the rears though, they do very little as it is, and you would have the headache of setting the effort level correctly.
