i'd go for the rs tuner first.
you will see decent gains with just that, where as with the inlets you will not get the best out of them until you have a map done.
if you get inlets later on, it won't cost much to have a new map from henk
there are also hi spec and ap kits that will fit under 15's. there are a few people on here using them.
i wouldn't bother changing the rears though, they do very little as it is, and you would have the headache of setting the effort level correctly.
