try streamline carbon, bic makes all the parts you want, so he might be happy to use fabric if you supply it.

last time i went to combe i had a good half worn set, by lunch time i had to swap the passenger side front to back, and by the end of the day they were destroyed! admittedly it was a quiet day, and i did 140 miles trying to chase exiges and the like.

have your discs cryo treated, they will last a good while longer.

if it's a jc5 (i'm pretty sure it is) it is exactly the same casing.

clio dci80. it's a diesel clio. i'm 90% sure it has a jc5 box, but longer ratios.

it's a work in progress at the moment, but it's going to be pretty entertaining. completely stripped with close to 240 brake and a quaife diff.

i've used an industrial degreaser called jantol before, with pretty impressive results. it is pretty neutral, as in non caustic, and specifically says safe for use on vehicles and paintwork.

i don't have any links, but rs tuning/angelworks have one kit, and gdi have one too. neither is 100% finished, but they are close. if you have a search on here there are a few details.

have you thought about supercharging?

i think the dci 80 box is a straight fit, and has longer ratios.

i'd say rs tuner, i've heard some pretty poor stories about superchips.

if you do a search on here there are quite a few threads about them, i don't think they have a great rep, but i've never used them myself.

i'd definately say the kw's. i've had two cars on them now, a clio and a corrado. i've also driven a few cars using them, and they are by far the best setup i've experienced. also the aftersales support is superb, you can have almost any combination of spring rate/length on (iirc) an exchange...

very nice!! at the moment i'm trying to get into the london astoria before the demolish it.

i'm sure that most of the caps won't fit 2118's? i bought some and they were too small, i also think that when i bought the wheels, speedline told me there were no caps for them.
