I'm loving the GT. Amazing throttle response, low grip and fairly low weight and it's great fun. I'm looking forward to trying the Renaultsport one. I should be trying that soon hopefully.
It's in the body shop Seb. Renault were obviously still learning how to use white paint when they...
Cheers Mark. Thanks for getting that sorted. I thought I asked you to try and remove my shocking accent. :o
I can watch it to remind me what my car sounds like over the next few days while I'm without it. Although I'm enjoying raping the Twingo GT I've got.
That's me out of ideas I'm afraid mate. Other than contacting Incartec direct, they have a contact address on the website, and they do reply. I don't know if they only sell to the trade though.
According to incartec you need the 29-800 and the other lead.
I didn't bother in the end. When I had the car that lead wasn't available at the time so I just left it.
I emailed incartec and they were pretty helpful. I'd either call Car Audio Direct or email incartec just to make sure you...
bmh is spot on. Although I thought the change wasn't made until 2005.
I had the same problem in the Trophy. I purchased the same leads as yourself, and Carudiodirect thought they would work. They didn't, so they updated the site accordingly. It doesn't mention that it works with the...
It depends how I'm driving, but overall I reckon it has a lower threshold for chipping in. You had to put effort into getting it to come in on the 182s. It's still rare I see the light flash though. If it does it tends to be a slightly eratic exit from a wet roundabout, booting it with a load...
I love all the "heroes" in this thread. Unless you are driving like a c**k and throwing the car around or overdriving you won't even know the car has it 95% of the time.
As you said at Bedford Mark, being smooth is the key, and that's why I was able to leave the ESP on without it ever...
I always used to turn it off, then realised that it rarely ever intervened.
I'd say it's a little more aggressive in the 197 than it was in the 182 though.
There's very little point turning it off, as even on the 197 the threshold for it doing anything is very high. Even on track it...
It's just the bolsters. There were some pictures in the thread on Renaultsport. There's very little foam underneath, they're hard as nails those sides.
There has also been problems with the sub frames rusting.
I don't have a problem with either. Some people have had wear within 3k miles...
I was lucky with the position, I was hanging out the window of the Fogarty Moss centre at the time. Good job I had the 1.4 extender on as it's a bit far for just the 70-200m.
The crowed are pretty close, but the perspective makes it look closer than it is. If you look at the other side of the...
