Oulton Park BTCC & Clio Cup pics

The Renaultsport website is also screwed, but the date is in the track day section. It's open to all Renaultsport cars, plus Clio 16v and Williams.

Microsoft looks to 'Mojave' to revive Vista's image

You can't run Vista without Aero, how else am I going to justify it to my boss. "So why are you the only member of staff with Vista?" "Check out the fancy tabbing Trev, and look at the way the video keeps playing" "Oooo, that's pretty cool" Sold. lol May parents have been running Home Basic...

Microsoft looks to 'Mojave' to revive Vista's image

He's already retired, and has started spending his 36 billion on the Gates Foundation charities. I've always thought he comes across as a nice bloke, but they're the worst kind in business, fine for having a beer and a chat with, but all the time he's fleecing your wallet and f**king your wife...

I've got my 197 cup, how many miles to run it in?

I left the garage, warmed it up then gave it death. I ran the 172 and 182 in by the book and both of them felt dead and lifeless. I ran the Trophy in hard, and even had it on track by 3 weeks old. That car was a flying machine, so I took the same approach with the Cup. The Trophy didn't...

Alpne HU in my Trophy - Look In

I had an Alpine 9853R in my Trophy. It should fit straight in and works fine. You will need an adaptor to use the display and stalk controls though.

    "Route de Napoleon".Fr (56 k !!)

Superb. It looks really busy. When I drove it a few years back we rarely saw another car. Which was just as well driving as we were. :o

    197 on 'Raider' spec wheels

I think they look great against the darker colours, very classy. I'd rather have a less classy, more motorsport looking wheel. Saying that mine are the same only in anthracite. Not that I had much choice as I didn't want the black speedlines. I'm not a fan of any of the satin pack either...

    Modded German 197

I want to see a better picture of that spoiler. That could be the one..... Edit: Looking at it, it looks like the Elia one, but the angle hides the fact I don't like the way it frames the brake light. I'd love it to be part of the spoiler as on a 172 or V6 spoiler.

More Goodwood Festival of Speed pics

You can see 3 of them in my gallery. One was a standard one, the other 2 had been touched by different coach builders.

I think the cost of a ticket alone should keep the chavs out.

More Goodwood Festival of Speed pics

I made it home in time for a few beers in town. Goodwood is all about the cars. No need for dodgy looking models spoiling it.

More Goodwood Festival of Speed pics

Must be a problem with Internet Explorer as they look fine in Firefox. They're best viewed in the gallery really. I didn't want to resize them down below 1024x768 really, seems a shame.

Another amazing year for the FoS. Once again I didn't cram it all in to one day, so next year I'm going to camp and do at least 2 days. It was a long day too. Drove part way Friday, then drove from Bedford to Goodwood, and back home to Staffordshire all in one day. Then I had to drag myself...

    My new 1.2 turbo mk3:)

Very nice. Looks great in red too. Renault actually done some nice body mods for the Mk3. They also do some not so nice ones of course! Local dealer has a white 1.2 in with a really nice set of skirts, spoiler and splitter, sports exhaust and Wolfrace alloys. They're calling it a GTi Cup...
