Finally got my new case kitted out. Such a small space, used loads of zip ties trying to get the cabling under control.
Dimensions (DxWxH): 13.8" x 11.2" x 9"
I assume everyone has heard the news?

Of the 3 screens on my desk, the one on the left is used for Sky TV & PS2, the other 2 are running as dual screens from a single pc (2960 x 1050 resolution)
If you pull the memory out make sure the machine is off - obvious but you never know. Also it doesn't just pull out, push the plastic clips either end down all the way before pulling. It might be a tad warm as well.
Your browser is what you use to browse the internet for example Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari etc.
You could google your problem or try a different browser.
As you mention IE, I guess that's what you use. Try Firefox instead perhaps? http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
Would have to take it out to find the brand, it's an ancient DVD ROM, surprised it still works actually. Not in the mood right now but might later. Thought about spraying it but the primer and paint together seems to come to more than a new black DVD RW!
The bezel is the front of the CD/DVD drive.
It was for my Mrs as her drive is beige but her case is black but they don't seem to be widely available so I think it'll just have to wait until the drive dies and then I'll put a black one in for her.
Does anyone know where I can get one where postage isn't silly money? One place sold the bezel at £2 something and then postage was over £6!
Or if you've got one doing nothing let me know!
Have you got an option to obtain DNS automagically?
Else try live help, they should know what they are:

Are you using a router or router/modem?
If so, just type the address in for your device and look for the static DNS fields. Remove the old DNS and add your ISP's DNS in their place.
Don't know who you're with but usually it tells you on their website or via google.
Surprisingly that's not bad actually, maybe they've finally realised they need to compete rather than just hope people will be daft enough to pay their silly prices.
DNS = domain name servers.
When you type in an address the DNS handle the request for you. Unless you've changed anything you will be using your ISP's DNS, normally OpenDNS is faster but at the moment it's having problems for UK users so it's not worth trying, so I won't go into detail.
Pipex...
It was OpenDNS. Found they had a forum and other UK users are experiencing the same issue.
Dug out my Pipex paperwork and found their DNS and now I'm back to normal!
Anyone using OpenDNS having any problems lately?
I'm having bouts where pages are taking ages to open and then suddenly it's fine, then back to slow and so on.
Can't find the Pipex DNS to try those.
Load average is based on how many processes are in the run queue at the time (I think) and will depend on how quickly they are dealt with by your cpu (I think).
I wouldn't be too worried about load average, on your CPU tab in System Monitor just look at the CPU column and Memory column, if they...
You're assuming it's a hardware problem but it could be a piece of software on your machine that's causing you problems.
Can you confirm whether the other machines also lose connection?
If they don't then download Ubuntu on one of them, burn to CD and stick it in your machine and run it as a...
lol that's not how it works.
2 Mbps [Megabit-per-second]
=2000 Kbps [Kilobit-per-second]
=0.25 MB/sec [Megabyte-per-second]
=250 KB/sec [Kilobyte-per-second] <- Max download speed.
So yes you're slower than you should be but there is no way on earth you'd see 2000KB/sec download speed from a...
