I think what he means is Azureus and uTorrent are owned by BitTorrent.Inc which is partially owned by the MPAA after monsieur Cohen decided to sell out.
He's right about it hogging memory though, too me Azureus is the Gamespy of the Torrent world, where as uTorrent is AllSeeingEye - less...
Ye Azureus is fine, except it likes to steal about 60mb of your RAM for it's own personal use, along with the javaw.exe process.
uTorrent is the best torrent client around IMO, completely unbloated, does what it says and with gusto, whilst maintaining a tiny footprint.
As their name suggests they use News servers to download binaries, different sport all together. Typically a lot quicker, but the good ones will cost you £5 a month to be a member of.
More seeds = more people with complate file you're after = faster.
More leechers = less people with complete file = slower.
Makes no difference what ISP he's on Scutch, if he's set his client to a different port and he's got the right boxes ticked then it can make all the difference.
Uninstall Azureus, it's a memory hog, stick with uTorrent.
Within uTorrent goto the options menu and look for the port your client is configured to listen on, this needs to be changed. I'd suggest something random like 45678 as a port to use. Also enable encryption on the data which will...
Indeed cremeegg, it bored the tits off of me. Just got bored of playing it after a couple of hours. The whole shield thing annoyed me in MP too, just not into the laser gun techno thing I guess.
Ignore the grammar police liquid, they're just trolling cause they've nothing better to do.
You pleased with the system mate? Y0z systems do sound the nuts, good quality stuff without question!
Enjoy it :)
Theres loads of vendors mate - http://www.google.co.uk/products?q=shure+foam+tips&hl=en&safe=off&um=1&scoring=p
I think given you've stated you're experiencing a lack of bass, and that they sometimes come out that you should try the Shure Triple Flange tips, you'll have to remove them fkers...
No in general your posts are fine, and frequently more interesting to read than the majority of the forums users. However with that said, your song choices don't make for such compelling reading my friend :)
Roy are you intending to give us a blow by blow account of everything on your playlist? If so perhaps compile it all into one post...I'm beginning to see how you've managed 5,2XX posts.
Let us know what you think anyway Laingo, good piece of kit.
Personally I'd go for the E3C over the E2C at the price Amazon are selling them for. The E2C are a lot more bulky and weighty than the E3C, and the bass on the E2C is IMO weak. Build quality on the E3C is better too tbh.
Posted my experience of my E3C in this thread chap - http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=227557
I'd personally go for the E3C, the E4C are really pushing the boat out in price. I'm surethe E4C offer their advantages over the E3C, but for most conventional non-professional...
Indeed I welcome the fact that there is a three horse race (you forgot about little old Nintendo), it's good for the consumer and it ensures each party on their feet and working hard to maintain or steal margins from the competition.
However I notice that the title is "biggest loss in 4 years"...
I don't think the p**n industry will have any bearing on this war, times have changed and people use their PC's for their thrills. It's the consumers who have the power in this war.
Why are people surprised to hear this? It's widely known and documented that Sony are making an initial loss of circa $300 on every PS3 sold at RRP. It's far from unusual for a company to be taking a hit on a good product after R&D/materials/production are taking into consideration.
Their...
Top end - Grado SR80 (or SR60)
Middle - Beyer Dynamic DT281 Galactics
Lower - Senn PX200
They would be my choice on various budgets. The Grado's are superb but can be a little uncomfortable IMO after a good listening session. The Beyers are probably the best phones I've owned, as a midrange...
