I have mate, and not only on RS clios. all they are is a generic damper encased in (cheap) shiny metal and really stiff springs. Fine for doing laps around maccy d's and thats about it.
Each to their own and all that but i'll stick to the Eibachs thanks.
Only speaking from experience rather than something i've read on the internet, imo you'd be an actual r****d if you fitted Raceland/K-tec/Rokkor coilles to an RS clio.
They are, as you'd expect very cheaply made, the damping and spring rates are completely mismatched and the ride is woeful...
I wouldn't pay that for one that's for sure, it's just a bit of pipe at the end of the day. Check out the for sale section on here, i think i paid arond £40 for mine.
Aside from the emmissions and the light on the dash it won't affect how the engine runs in any way at all.
You really do get what you pay for with suspension, personally i'd rather stick to OEM on the 182 rather than the cheap s**tey raceland/rokkor coilovers.
What car is it for?
Gearbox and new clutch fitted
Rear wheel bearing x2
Strut top mounts
Exhaust mounts
Gearbox mount
Balljoint
Track rod ends x2
Plastic gear gaitor surround
Rear shocks replaced for the third time in three years FFS.
^ +1 although depending on numbers/time of year it could prove difficult (single track road w/passing places)
I've driven it twice this year, and the roads through Wester Ross that lead you there are nothing short of epic.
