We are on about 2 different things mate, yeah i know for the dash conversion you need to solder the new SMD's on, but on the clock screen (shows time/temp ect) it's just 2 bulbs at the back
Cheers mate. So how would i go about sortin this out? Ive seen the guide to get rid of it, but i'd rather do it properly if its not going to be that expensive. Had a brand new cat on it in septemeber and there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with it? Any idea's as to what it could be? Thanks
No problem, took me a while to find it 1st of all lol
Dont suppose you know what kind of bulb is in there? Dont fancy taking the dash off, finding out, then putting it back untill i get hold of them, cheers
An orange warning light came up a few days ago, at first i thought it was some kind of engine warning light, and have been saving to take it to renault to see what the problem is/get it sorted. However just read through a clio owners guide thingy i got with the car, and it says it's a warning...
Tbh i only joined to view the guides section, and its the best £10 ive ever spent mate ;) Only used a couple of things such as taking the dash off, removing rear wiper act but would have cost alot more if i would have paid someone else to do it. Nice colour car by the way!
Unlucky mate, i recenntly moved out with the misses and we've had 3 tyres slashed between us in the last 3 months.. I supposed thats a blessing compared to having to have half of your car resprayed tho lol! They'll get whats coming to them one day
Yeh the colours great! looked at2 other clio's before i bought mine and they were all this colour. I've loved the 172's for years, but im 18 and pay £3075 a year for a 1.2 so actually getting a sport is out of the question, but i'd be more than happy if my car atleast looked like one
I've had a look through the guide on how to make a sport bumper fit a non sport and it looks overly complicated to me lol, has anyone had it done proffesionaly? If so how much did it cost you?
Dink: I see what you're saying about it not being practical to cover access holes, but if it's going to improve the sound i think ill go for it and hope nothing breaks lol.
Wollop, thanks alot mate you've just saved me quite a few pennies! Rite.. When i said it was my last question, i lied...
Hopefully someone can help me out..
I have a 2002 1.2 dynamique, the colour is a light metallic blue, (Dont know the actual name of the colour) almost identical to the colour of this bumper...
Thanks alot for the replies lads, now i kind of know what i'm doing lol.
Last question i promise..
Do the different brand materials really make that much of a difference? Or is it all prettymuch the same? I dont mind spending a bit extra if im really going to notice the difference, but its...
Cheers mate. When you say outer, do u mean the side of the door thats outside the car? Or the outer skin asin the one closest to you if you were sat in the car? I cant put what i mean into words without it not making sence lol.. Did you cover the whole of the door in it? Like making a new skin...
Rite, hoping to get everything sorted by this Saturday. I have gertz comps to put in, mounting them to mdf baffles (mounted to the actual door).
Only thing left to do up front is sound deadening. Only I could find something so simple, so complicated lol. There are gaps in the door (outer skin...
Re: The lowwwwwww ph2 remake - Progress Thread
Cars looking good mate, same kind of route i want to go down. Dont suppose youve got a video of your exhaust without the de-cat?
Yeh i remember seeing that thread somewhere before, just did a search and i cant find it though. Dont suppose anyone knows the link? Cheers for your help by the way mate
