I know what you mean about the ST 170, a bit disappointing! However I dont think Ford can afford to muck the RS launch up at all, given the horrendous delays they have had with this car. If they say its fast, Ill believe them! Theres nothing to suggest a car with 220 BHP and an LSD is going...

0-60 in 5.7s and 0-100 16s, direct from Ford in todays AutoCar not that quick! Am I missing something?

You might want to change the oil (5W 40W, Ultra Helix perhaps!), try the reset ECU trick, run it on optimax and rag it! BTW, as a side issue, does anyone else really go through oil?

Rich I never radically changed my opinion about the VTS. 1. I had a passenger. 2. I only had 1000 miles on the clock. 3.I beat him in terms of time over the 1/4 mile, he had a better reaction time! 4. I was realing him in by the end, if it was a race to 100, it would have been bye bye!

Im sorry but I wouldnt think twice about trying to out handle a 200SX on a track, on A-roads or on B-roads. Even in a straight line Id give it a go, itll never blow you away!
