i had my RT lowered, i also found that nobody would touch it as its a pain in the arse! so i took matters into my own hands! it isnt an easy process i did it once an i dont think i would want to do it agen! theres a guy on here who has just literally done his 2 or 3 times till he got it...

My maths is shocking! well thats a good start! as far as i know hill power and K-tec are the only places who do these things. luckily im not to far from Hill power. or does anybody know of anybody else who does this? cheers Amir

well its an option i guess, seems like alot of hassle just for another 23bhp. which im sure you can get from doing the mods i listed? that would be the easy way to get more power also, at least if you have some mods done its ur own if you no wot i mean!? U have angel eyes on ur clio...

Exhaust manifold cover dde you should have just asked!!! :D U can take this off i did on mine its only a warm air hose which doesnt really do anything. in fact it will affect perofrmance as its drawing warm air into the engine!!! Just get it off and dont worry bout it mate!! cheers Amir

hi guys im swapping my 1.4 for a valver this weekend! i have bought and entire engine on the subframe with the hubs, brakes suspension, preety much everthing! althought the wiring loom has been cut i have had to source a new one! which wasnt a problem cus there are loads breaking everywere...
