Pollen filter! Sump seal.

Soak them in WD40, put them in a vice and use a lever on the c spanner using a piece of pipe or something! Thats what we did with a set! Worked fine to free them off

Another thing to do is look if the spindle it turning and the blade not, sometimes if you put them on when the screen is froze they rip the splines! May need the 13MM nut tightening.
