New is around £180 for just dampers. Not sure about springs. At xmas mine will be coming off so will be for sale. Its in very good used condition. I think £100 for 4 springs and 4 cup packed dampers is reasonable.

I can second this^ With only a brief drive of your car I can immediately tell that they are a very good coilover. Not harsh, nor bouncy, spot on. If I was to go for coilovers these would definitely be my first and only choice. Personally if I were you I would wait and save. The last thing...

Good torque though at 149 ^ I only managed 145ft lbs of torque but got 173.7bhp instead. Not really going to take me to a new level!

Honestly keep it as it is. Its nice to hear a car with a "sporty sound" mine is 1 silencer down atm so is slightly louder than it should be but once the silenced decat is back in it has a similar quiet sound to yours.

Cracking thread! And 95kgs is light! A couple of years ago I carried a turn key, wet, 4.2 rover V8 with my dad. That was around 250kgs and nearly killed me!
