Vaio maybe slightly overpriced but you pay for a solid chassis, good screen, and decent parts. They also run quieter and cooler. You can definately tell the difference in quality compared to Dell, Acer, Mesh etc. They do break too but so do expensive cars.
Don't get me wrong I've used a lot of...
I've rented a few from BB. Hardly anyone rents them so they are always scratch free. You need to watch 300 on that badboy, also Apocalypto. They looked amazing enough on my S series.
I'd stay away from Acer, their failure rates are high and they have appalling customer service. I have a mate who used to work for them and said they were an absolute nightmare.
I bought a Dell for a friend of the familly and had it for a few days to take the crap off. Was really impressed with...
I kind of agree that a PS3 is the sensible choice but you can get a Sony or Samsung Blu-ray player for around £330 now. The only thing that would sway me if I wasn't a gamer is the fact that the PS3 isn't the quietest machine and I would hope a dedicated player would be a quieter.

You won't be dissapointed. I had a demo version of the NWA-808 a while ago and was very impressed by the screen quality and it's generally a good player. Will be even better with the drag and drop.
Well everyone has their own opinion. I've had Canon Ixus, Pentax Optio and currently Sony DSC-W90. I took some great pics with it in Greece and they turn out crystal clear when viewed in HD on the TV. Almost like you're there. Heard good things about Fuji Finepix and Casio Exilim too.

It should be VESA compatible. Decent mounts are worth the money but a lot also depends on the screen. Some have proper metal plate where the holes are instead of just plastic. What screen is it?
