I would double check first that you can record from the VHS. Some don't do it.
This does;

I wanted to upgrade last year with Orange to the W850i and was told I couldn't. Asked for a PAC number as Vodafone were doing a good deal and the phone magically became available. They are all theiving b******s.
I have now switched to Vodafone as they offered 2 x new Nokia 6300 and 2 contracts...
If the tv is HD compatible and you have it connected via HDMI from the PS3 then yes it will all be in HD. PS3's don't come with an HDMI cable so you'll need to buy one separately. Don't bother with an expensive one they are pretty much all the same.
We have them at work, good but makes your skin wobble and doesn't always get in between fingers. Better than the normal ones though and much more hygenic.
The 6300 has better reviews than all the N70, 73 and 75's. I guess because it is a simpler, more easy to use phone. Smartphones are ok but can go wrong frequently. If you are just using it as a phone then there's really no point.
Cheers, that's all I wanted to know. Don't really use cameras etc, looks decent enough and quite slim. Certainly less chunky than my W850i! Just have to get used to Nokias again after 10 years of SE!
I notice Vodafone are doing a £25 pay monthly deal which include 2 of the above phones. One for the contract and one with PAYG sim. Are these decent enough?
I've got a SE W850i on Orange at the moment which I have dropped and now the speaker vibrates when someone speaks.
The missus needs to...
I'm on Virgin and only 2MB but I can get up to about 200kb/s down but only about 30kb/s on upload. I does depend on what you're connected to.
I use a certain music site that archives all dance music radio shows and dj mixes. I normally average between 30-50kb/s but if it is a popular like an...
You also get what you pay for. They get consistently good reviews.
If you can stretch to the X then go for it. The 32" D model uses 100Hz technology and it makes a big difference for a that size screen. I'd say the X is better at SD but you will probably only notice the difference in HD if they...
It isn't possible to remove vocals from an MP3 completely, and even managing to reduce the level it doesn't sound that great. As you are effectively surpressing certain sounds this will have an effect on other instruments on the track at the same frequency. Also effects are often added to vocals...
That's fine for what she will be using it for. 2GB of RAM is plenty and the processor is good. For the money you can't really go wrong.
I do a lot more with mine (music production, etc) and it's only got 2 x 512MB RAM and 2.6GHz.

Check out the 1501. It's a great laptop for basic use and is wireless. I don't know about their finance options but Dell are good for piece of mind reliability.
